Before using the website it is advisable to read the regulations
for using the website (the link is below in the middle of the main page (home).
You can search and add your offers for free and put down your address!
You will find the help when you click on the right corner
of the every section of the page on the key with the question mark - '?'!
1. Search:
In order to search for properties you don't have to be a registered user.
To search in the offers 'sell/rent' according to chosen by you criteria click on
'searching for property' (Quick search or detailed search).
For a direct search with only one parameter (for e.g. type of property or destination,
new construction, basic Location) choose the corresponding parameter from the menu.
You can also search for offers in 'want to buy', 'want to rent', 'want to exchange' when clicking on the search key 'search' and the corresponding option.
2. Registration:
You go to 'new user' and click on it.
You indicate whether you are a private person or a company.
Afterwards you click 'add' and you are already a new user.
It is possible to change your password or your personal data.
There is also an option 'forgot you password?'
As a registered user you have the following advantages:
-to add your offer to our website and even upload a photo of it;
-to edit your entered offers under 'my offers';
-a private person can add their offers online or contact the Rubikon team;
3. Adding an offer:
3.1. You can add your offers 'sell/rent' only if you are a
registered user and you should sign in with your password and user.
Once you are in, you can click on the 'add new offer' button and choose the relevant options
form the menu: type of the property, city/region, sell/rent and so on.
3.2. Adding offers for 'want to buy', 'want to rent', 'want to exchange'
You can add offers for 'want to buy', 'want to rent', 'want to exchange' without being a registered user.
Just click on 'Add new offer' and then on 'other offers' and chose there the corresponding option
from the menu 'type of property'. In this case you cannot edit the once entered offers.
4. My offers
This field gives you the possibility to edit your already entered offers and the pictures inside.
You can edit the offers only after you have signed in with your password and username.
In 'my offers' you can view, change or delete your offers. To leave the field 'my offers' click on 'exit'.
5. Regulations for usage
Here you can read some legal aspects when using the website www.imotbg.net and all rights and obligations of the user and 'Rubikon' OOD.

7. About us
In this field the history, company profile, offered services and job offers, contact form and the contact address of Rubikon OOD are published.
8. News
The user is forwarded to a link: www.imot.bg giving the latest information about real estate properties.
9. Counters
There are two counters on the website. One belongs to Rubikon and functions since 15.11.06 and
the other one is a 'webcounter' which is use since 5.01.2006.

11. Currencies
The exchange rates change every week day and the figures are provided from the BNB (Bulgarian National Bank).

12.1. Tax Calculator:
Calculates notary. taxes (without the lawyer's honorarium).To start with, simply type the value of currency in BGN leva (Bulgarian currency) to convert in the amount box which is usually the tax valuation of a property.
12.2. Currency Calculator:
Converts an amount of money from one currency into another.
12.3. Credit calculator:
Very good analysis and help for choosing a mortgage or consumer's credit.
